Frequently asked Questions
Our processing time is usually between 1–3 business days, after which your order is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team before sending back any items.
Customized products can not be returned.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with your correct address. Once an order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes to the shipping address.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can use this link or the carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
If the address on your order is incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before shipment. However, if the package has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the address or guarantee successful delivery.
Shipping is available for now only Netherland and Belgium.
Whenever possible, we ship all items together in one package. However, if your order includes items from different collections or stock locations, they might arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.
